I've always had a love for body modification; before I did this piercing I already had several tattoos and a navel piercing. I decided on the mature ;-) age of 12 that I wanted to get a navel piercing and a tongue piercing, but my parents didn't allow me to get this done. When I was 16, I finally didn't need their permission anymore if I wanted to get a piercing. So I got my navel piercing and my tattoo at the age of 17. Later, I got some more tattoos. They're awesome and I'm really proud of them. Body modification is really addictive and I love tattoos, so a few weeks ago I decided that it was time for a new one. On a friday afternoon, I was checking out this site to find some inspiration for a new tattoo. I couldn't find anything interesting and decided to take a look at the piercing pictures gallery. I came across some pictures of female's nipple piercings and I thought most of them looked awesome. I read some stories from other users and their nipple piercing experiences and I decided to get one myself. I thought it was sexy and cool; and I was sure it would look nice on me. I decided to have another thought about it for a few days and if I still wanted it after the weekend, I would get it done. I told my friend about this, she thought it was cool too (she wanted one too), and we decided to get it done on monday. We were really excited for the whole weekend, nervous about what there was to come. Finally, on monday in the afternoon, we drove to the tattoo shop. I had never been before in that shop, but from what I saw on their site it seemed quite assuring, so that's why I picked that one. I think hygiene and and a professional staff are really important when it comes to choosing a shop for a tattoo or piercing, and this one seemed so. We walked in, took a look around and asked a lot of questions to the piercer and he patiently answered them all. Finally, I decided that I would get it done. We were the only costumers in the shop at that moment and he took us to the piercing room. I had take off my shirt and bra and went laying on the piercing table, while the piercer prepared everything for the Big Moment ;-). He asked which nipple I wanted to get pierced and I told him to pierce my left nipple. I choose for that nipple, because I have a tattoo on my right hip. I thought it would bring a sort of balance. Th piercer marked the place where the needle would go trough and took the needle out of the package. I was extremely nervous! I held my friend's hand while the piercer pushed the needle trough. What a surprise! I'd expected to feel a lot of pain, but it really wasn't that bad! I didn't even say anything...before I could say anything it was over. It was a sharp pain, but not unbearable. I thought my navel piercing had been a lot more painful! The piercer putted the ring in it and gave me some advisory about how to take care of it. I had to wash it 2 times a day and clean it with special piercing cleaning stuff. I should try to touch it as little as possible. He gave me a bottle of this cleaning stuff and some written care instructions. I paid him and as I walked out of the door, I felt so brave!!It has been about 4 weeks ago now and I am still really happy that I did this piercing. I thinks it's very sexy and feminine. I have been taking (and I still do) good care of it and it's almost healed now. I didn't get any nasty infections (like I got with my navel piercing) and after a few days, it didn't feel so sour anymore. I'm really proud that I have this piercing and I could recommend it to anyone. Maybe the idea of getting your nipple piercing is really scary; at least it so sounded to me. But I wanted it so bad, that I decided to do it anyway and I haven't regret it for a single moment! I told some guys (who are friends of mine) that I got this piercing done (I didn't show them, though ;-)) and they all thought it was very sexy! I'm considering to get my other nipple pierced too, but I'm not sure yet. It might become 'too much', together with my left nipple piercing, my belly piercing and tattoo. I'm already so happy with the one I have now ;-).
